San Marino Ocean Front

San Marino Ocean Front is a unique and exclusive development located on the Caribbean side of Republic of Panama, approximately 90 minutes from Panama City. It consists of 108 lots which are surrounded by Ocean and the Green Rain Forest Hills. Another benefit is the Marina with break water for safe usage of the boat ramp which enhances the entire development.  It has an extensive beach area for walking, swimming or to do some snorkeling. Also it has a natural reef for those who like to see the sunset.

Community

San Marino Ocean Front is one of the most complete Ocean communities of Panama located on the Caribbean side of Panama. The Republic of Panama is a very special country. You can be in between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Coast line in less than and hour and a half. The sea level temperature is between 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit all year around. It is summer from December to April while in other countries is winter. We are out of the Hurricane area.

Fishing

San Marino Ocean Front one of the most complete Ocean communities of Panama located on the Caribbean side of PanamaPrime season fishing time is from June to October where you can get Blue marlin, Wahoo, king fish, Dorado, Snapper, Barracuda and other diversity of deep fishing. In less than 20 minutes you can find the drop of 1000 feet where the big fish eaten begins.

Adventures at Sea

You can take your boat and travel to San Blass. This is a group of Island where Kuna Indians live. They do not have electricity or drinking water, but the scenery of the white sand beaches is worth any trip. It takes approximately one hour and a half from San Marino Ocean Front on boat.

You can fish at a place called Vulcan Reef. This is a reef located at an hour an a half from San Marino Ocean Front on Open Water. It has a deep of 250 feet surrounded by deep water.
